Susan Johnson’s dream of supporting women through their higher education is taking off in ways she never dreamed.
Support Our Scholars is committed to empowering young women through education, mentorship, and long-term support, and the Elinor & T.W. Miller, Jr. Foundation was honored to help strengthen that mission through a strategic small gifts campaign. The campaign was designed to create sustainable and grassroots support for the program’s continued growth. By leveraging a generous grant from the foundation, Support Our Scholars was able to amplify individual contributions and confidently work toward meeting its $50,000 target. The campaign invites supporters to make a meaningful yet manageable financial commitment to help provide steady, reliable funding that directly impacts the lives of the young women served. Beyond meeting an immediate financial goal, this initiative established a strong foundation for the organization to continue the campaign annually as it expands and welcomes more scholars into the program, ensuring lasting success and sustainability.
