The Elinor & T.W. Miller, Jr. Foundation provided gifts to Jobs Partnership in 2018 and 2019 to expand their LifeWorks Program to eight new locations (Pine Hills, Parramore, Orlando, East Orlando, Washington Shores, Winter Garden,Killarney, and Mercy Drive). The LifeWorks training combines the power of healthy personal relationships and a network of supporting partners with structured instruction in soft skills and career planning. Despite the challenges COVID-19 presented to the organization, Jobs Partnership was able to serve 372 Orlando residents with job search and employability skills. Due to the Miller Foundation gift in 2018, Jobs Partnership was well prepared to pivot their in-person training to their video curriculum.

“Thank you to the Miller Foundation for your continued generosity! Because of you, we were able to increase access to our LifeWorks training and serve more Orange County residents. The Foundation enabled us to build out a video curriculum that was ready to use when COVID hit and serve 372 under and unemployed!”
